At Organic Nail Spa & Skin Care we are a team of trained and qualified nail and skincare professionals who aspire to provide you with a thoughtful experience at our salon. Listed below are the policies that we follow for mutual convenience for customers and the nail spa.
- We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will do our best to address any issues with your services; if any
- Please be respectful and do not have any loud phone calls or conversations inside the salon. We would like for all of our customers to have a serene experience
- Our prices are available on the menu. Please also confirm prices with our staff before receiving services.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your visit. However, if you have caused damage to any of the salon products during the visit, such as broken nail polish, compensation will be asked for
- We have the right to refuse any service if we feel that service will be harmful to you. We also have the right to refuse or stop service to any person who is showing rude or disrespectful behavior to any workers or other customers.
- If you are diabetic or have any infections, we may refuse to serve you. If you insist on still receiving the service, it will be at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any consequences
- Our polish application may last differently depending on each client’s lifestyle, health, and adherence to the maintenance instruction. However, our salon GUARANTEES that you can return to the salon to have your polish repaired for FREE of charge within the first three days of your original service or day of service.
